Proving Grounds Gone

    Well it seems that the latest update wiped out proving grounds.

    Update Notes: Tuesday August 27, 2019 | EverQuest 2 Forums

    GENERAL
    • The Battleground and Proving Grounds servers have been removed and will no longer be accessible. Any player that was logged out on these servers will be returned to their home server.
    Seems like it will either be cannibalized or it will change into Battlegrounds 6.9 (or whatever iteration we are on)

    I liked it in DoV, due to the amount of players. But after the nerfs the tweaking and twerking I noticed all the players dropped away.

    Looks like they got tired or having to restore vaporized characters from there I'm guessing.

    I did get the hourglass thankfully.

    Good to see the Proving Grounds are gone. They were one of the things that convinced me to finally move on from EQ2 for good.
