    So are you the "Let people have conversations and only step in when it gets ugly" kind of Community Manager, or the "How dare you say something bad about the game, you're banned!" kind of Community Manager?"
    Good question. Currently, I'm of the mindset of being the "Represent the community to developers and represent the developers to the community with as much passion as possible" type of Community Manager, and then roll from there.
