Missing items

How often is Census updated? Most items (at least furniture; I haven't looked for much else) show up fairly quickly, but there are some that don't. Some examples: the Cathedra of the Dead that was a Player Studio item added during Erollisi Day still isn't there, the new Brewday items that were discovered on Test showed up about a week later (still before the event went live), and only 15 of the 19 new Moonlight Enchantments items are there, but all 6 of the new Marketplace plants are.

Keep a list, post it here, forward to a dev/feldon.. or wait patiently.  Characters are exported at logout, items are not exported as frequently and sometimes they are missed.

 

We automagically generate a list of Equipped items that do not exist in Census and periodically send that off to the data-feedback address.  It won't pick up house items though. Make a list with itemIDs.

 

Sometimes it has to do with how the items are acquired.  If they don't cause a discovery when you acquire the item, and the visible flag for the item is set to ifDiscovered, then the item will actually be in Census, but none of us outside of SOE can see it.  We've run in to that several times.

As others have said, make a list, check it twice (OK, just kidding about that part), and post it here.
