The recipes are there, but none of the crafted or quested furniture is.

After a burst of new data in January and February, new Data and Data fixes have definitely slowed down over the past few months. :( I'm sure they're doing the best they can with everything on their plate (game updates, this fall's expansion, etc.), but it's still a little frustrating. It's 6 months now that Spirit Stones overwrite Reforging data on equipped items.

I'd hoped once we got past GU66 that some time would be freed up, but it sounds like the team is already running full bore on whatever's coming next. You may have heard that the EQ2 team is hiring 3 more programmers. Hopefully one of those positions will be dedicated just to Census.

Do they have to manually add new items? How does the process work?

Not knowing how the data gets from the game into Census, it's just odd when most items are showing up just fine, but none of the ones I need. :) I don't know if something's broken or just delayed.

It's supposed to be automatic. Items are pushed to Census as servers are coming up after an update. When a character discovers an item, then the is_discovered flag on that item is changed to TRUE and the item becomes visible in Census.

But there's always been a few items that get missed here and there. We collect reports of items we find equipped on characters that aren't in Census and send them periodically to the data-feedback address. But that's not going to help with house items and other non-equipped items. I still have your list of Guild Hall and House Items which don't have placement data or are missing from Census entirely. It's just a matter of finding dev time.
