Crafting gear not quite coming through properly?

A friend of mine has been toying with the API, and he's not able to pull the data for toons that have the Othmir Shell Armor, nor the Blessed Coldain Prayer Shawl, and various other tradeskill gear pieces, equipped.  Has anyone else noticed an issue like this?  I don't have any of the back-end code at this point, otherwise I'd share it so you can try to replicate the problem.  Just thought I'd ping the community and see if it was a known issue or not.

 

Two days ago, they changed the format of the modifiers section of the item data.  When they did that, some of the items ended up in the new format, but some stayed in the old format.  

Thinking that the items in the old format were old items no longer used in the game, they were deleted from the REST API.  Unfortunately, they were not old items no longer used in the game, but still current items used by crafters. 

They attempted to re-export the items on Tuesday to get these items back in game but unfortunately, as far as I can tell, none of them have returned.  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Two quick examples:

Both of these used to be in the REST API.  Both can still be seen as equipped by characters in the REST API.  But the items themselves have gone poof.  There are numerous other items that disappeared as well.  From what I've seen, all the missing ones seem to be crafting gear.  Hopefully they'll get it straightened out soon.

Shows the house tiem variant and.. well, I dont know bout the other.  Maybe a piece for the quest prior to completion.

 

It looks like these items may have been fixed, as I'm seeing valid data when I query for the Prayer Shawl and other items.
