Characters gone from the feed can still return a paperdoll

    Hi,

    Character ID 515398383077 is no longer on the data feed (either it was deleted or set as private - I don't know).  However there is still a paperdoll image available for it.  Is it possible that paperdolls aren't removed when a character is either deleted or set to private?

    Correct...the paperdoll (and headshot) is not affected.
