[BUGs] Experimental Gear, Refined gear

Bug #1 - There is only one indicator of refined gear and it's just a fluke that it's there. Basically, doing the math on experimented stats on refined gear shows that the base item value with those boosts does not equate to the resulting value unless 10% was added to begin with, thus refined.

Please add an indicator that an item is refined and just let us know out of the data feed which stats refining applies to (it's not all, but most) and we'll just do the calculations ourselves.

Bug #2 - I experimented a <span style="font-size: x-small"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Rhenium Band of Intelligence and refined a Tungsten Band of Intelligence, but both are showing no indication of changes on the character collection. While I didn't expect the refined item to show anything (see prior bug), I did expect the experimented item to show something. I have removed the items, zoned/camped/manually-updated until I saw them gone from the feed and put them back and repeated until I saw them back. No change. Is the showing of this data limited to when the item is reforged (which you cannot reforge MC or Handcrafted gear it seems) or is there some other limit on the exporting of the experimenting data?

Clarrification on #1: There is no indicator of an item being refined. If the item is also experimented, we may be able to guess at it being refined based on the math of the boosted value vs the original value.
