blank adornment descriptions on items

Some items (around 92 of them) have a one-space (" ") innate adornment_list item name:

Is this intentional?  I'm tempted to rename this to "glass" if I find one of these, but I fear there may be other times where some code needs an adornment_list record to properly display the effect_list or something, and you'll add another one-space name to handle this as well.
