All / Total achivements

So here I am making a checklist of all achievements and I have not found an authoritative source on the total of achievements. For example:

census.daybreakgames.com/jml/get/eq2/cha...list.category:1

Says that there is a total total_count of 1470 but,

census.daybreakgames.com/jml/get/eq2/cha...ve=achievements

says there are 1511.

So I am thinking that the total_count is the number of achievements that the character has "started."

Does anyone know how I can pull from the API to get all the achievements that are in the game?

Yep.  Use the achievement collection instead of the character collection.

I refuse to state the amount of time I have spent trying to figure out a request until I changed /count/ to /get. >_<
