EG7 reports that 1 million copies of Core Keeper been sold

I smell something fishy.... here is the press release in English:

But if you check steamcharts on how many that is actually playing the game:

Even the peak players seems very low for a game that sold 1 million copies.

The stock jumped from 12:80 SEK to 18:99 after those news hit.

I don't belive it for a second tbh.. I think it is Ji Ham chananigans once again /tinfoil hat

 

35k peak is pretty high, not absurd for 1 million copies to have been sold over all in my view.

Just because copies sold, doesnt mean people actively play it. 5000 daily peaks at the moment probably makes it more popular than EQ2 haha.
