Why upgrade level 1 skill?

    If it's surpassed completely by the level 5 one and then again at 10?

    maybe people don't know that it upgrades? I know I didn't waste any research time on the lvl 1 skill personally. I am wasting it on the lvl 5 though, as I have no idea when I'll hit 10.

    Yea, was a bit surprised. There is no reason to upgrade it. I hope people are not spending cash to do it faster.
