Does this apply to the sentry mobs on the pedestals as well? If they don't come down off there, then we can't "see" them. I suppose its easy enough to either back up, or call your pet/merc off till it moves, but was hoping it could actually be fixed."
Actually, the issue with the holding cell barriers was with the appearance object that displayed the particle effect. It has been replaced with another appearance that actually works and will allow spellcasting through it when it goes away. The issue with the stands holding the statues is that they are in fact blocking line of sight with statue's hit box, so you will have to pull them off if you're not already level with their base.
