EQ2 Forum Vex Thal: Den of Shadows [Solo]

Having an issue figuring out how to kill Gloomscale Ssyssyx in the solo. I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I can't get any of the three increments off her, I've tried killing her adds to despawn the beams, but she summons them right back, I've tried moving her through all the vertical and horizontal beams, and nothing is getting her below 100% health. I can't tell if something is broken or if I'm just missing something. There's no clues that gives a solo player an idea of how to proceed here."
