Quick Tips for the new forums!

1. rate each other's posts! free internet points for everyone!
   
2. we have a way to self police, by voting down or voting a post radioactive.
3. turn on two factor authentication in you profile and get the Google Authenticator https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1066447?hl=en
4. If you don't like tons of email in your inbox, go to the profile, go under your account > preferences > turn off email for watched threads (or just turn off auto watch your posts, which will also disable the email settings).

well, yes, that's a possible side effect.

there's options here, as Feldon is willing to step in and moderate as needed, and restore things.

prefer lots of moderation with heavy hands? head back to the other forum.

prefer total chaos without attention? head over to the defunct forums.

also, note that the downvote just hides the post by default. you can still see the post if you open the "hidden post" twisty.

 

Nah, I'm not commenting on the other forum, and just leaving it at that. Total choas without attention was the same problem. Be in the clique or be rat meat. I just hope this community gets it right. And any little thing that may offend someone does not get that person's posts put on a shelf. onward and upward.

These forums are clearly lacking a Duck vote option. Everybody knows that there is no greater more powerful Like than that of a Duck emoji/upvote!
