Suggested Addition to Forum Rules

    Seems to me it might be appropriate to add a strong suggestion that folks review existing threads before creating a new one... the official forums have SO many duplicate threads!

    You are very much appreciated, Feldon! Thanks for all you do for the EQ2 community.
