Trying to figure out what was modified today. I don't know where to find the old one to compare.
Why does it still reference Sony, and what's PlayStation got to do with anything here?
Other games that DBG hold have PlayStation platforms - I suspect it is a generic clause that has to go into all EULAs for all DBG games rather than each title having a unique one. Saves on editing and tweaking, I guess.
Remember, this is the same company that couldn't be bothered to notify anyone about the change of ownership until it suddenly became important as to who did own DBG.
And then still deny and lie about it, while trying to scrub the truth from Wikipedia and the rest of the web...
Hell, for all we know at this point Sony will own them again by year's end...
That's an awful nice DCUO you have over there *spits* Be a shame if somethin' were to happen to it...
Another new EULA out today....
They fixed a typo:
I can highly recommend WinMerge.
Is it a 'typo' if they merely copy/pasted and didn't even eyeball it before pushing it out?
It's been wrong since at least 2016.
