So the summer ethereals are in expert zones only.

I heartly disagree, if they were as passionate as you say they wouldn't be throwing us crap we don't like all the time, they would engage with us and we could help them make the game we all want better.

 

Depends on whom you consider a developer. I think the people who implement the content are much closer to the player base, and they are the ones who interact with us. But I don't think they have the final word on what to implement most of the time.

 

And still lots of LFG but not many pugs running expert heroics.
