[PS2] Date timezone?

    Hi there,

    I'm working with the new Planetside2 data, and I'm looking at the daily stats for a character, I get the update time <span style="background-color: rgba(239, 239, 249, 0.188235); color: #008000; font-family: monospace; font-size: medium;">"2013-03-02T16:08:48Z" (From http://census.daybreakgames.com/get/ps2-beta/character/?name.first_lower=jascain, <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;">character_list[0].stats_one_life.update_time ).

    The data is up to date with my (reasonably miserable) performance yesterday, but the update time is of several hours before I played (I was playing at 23:00 -> 00:00ish, UTC/GMT/Zulu time, that data is marked as being 16:08:48 Zulu time). Is the time zone data on that accurate, or should I assume that Zulu marked datetimes are actually EST or something?
