Planetside 2 Filters

I am working on getting character events within a certain time span and am not having any luck with the URL, anyone have any thoughts on this, whether my syntax is off or the feature is not available?

Here is the URL I am working with:

http://census.daybreakgames.com/get/ps2-beta/...&timestamp=]1361998800&timestamp=[1362009600

Applying a limit does not change the result. The results that are retrieved are incorrect and contain a result outside the set parameters.

Game character db, friends service etc.  Not all of them share the same technology and as such, not all of the same parameters work across the board.  We’re currently working on a more unified approach.
