    Is anyone else noticing that Master's Interpose isn't doing anything since the patch that changed it from 10% to 1% ? Shouldn't Intervene show up on act somewhere after a full night of raiding ?

    Just tested on Merc, is visible on my spell windows, and merc active spell.
