Is the Ethereal Reset rune worth getting?

    With the changes they made to the reset rune back in January what has been the impact on DPS. I could get a rune if I wanted to sacrifice a couple of runes off my tank that has been relegated to backup, occasional OT status. Would I get a significant increase in DPS out of adding this rune? In raid I'm doing 600m - 800m I usually run second on the parse for the raid the Conji is running 800-1B and the Illy is pushing 600m. Here is a link to my toon Tukar.
