i tried the fabled crypt of valdoon and the other heroic zone at the door in BBM. nothing.

 

Fabled Halls of Fate checked: nothing found
Fabled Sanctum of the Scaleborn: nothing found

also done:

Zavith Loa zones done, nothing found altho except the event heroic one the caverns are vast and I am unsure if I have covered all.

My intention regarding Zavith Loa for the 2nd riddle was that you go into the past when fighting dinosaurs, some feel comfortable there (Alluthoa hunters) and you are outmached in odds (numbers of dinos + their size) - but: nothing so far.

Just a thought, but it seems everyone is looking in instances and dungeons, but what if the line "sanctuary for some, for others it's aghast" refers to a non neutral area like a city? I would imagine it would be an evil city (seeing as no one would be surprised with good doing good). And maybe not even a main city, but like the one near the 3rd bunker, if I remember right they attack my Paladin, but my SK can walk right in.

 

I also come more and more to the conclusion it is not just in heroic zones only.

 

Elements of War, Spire Rage, Tower of tactics, Strategist Stronghold.

Not sure what you were expecting really. The city timeline and gymy language take a bit of effort but are not that bad. Lets take a moment to think about the people that decide to do it on 5 or 10 toons and how crazy they are.
