EVEFest 2020 to be in...San Diego?

So MassivelyOP.com reported this yesterday. And the speculation has already hit a fever pitch.

This is almost too bizarre a thing NOT to be something more...

Ya never know, it may be where the Fan Faire for Darkpaw games will be.
CCP Games and Darkpaw games might say to their players that they are both going to be doing it at the same place.
Then you get the big announcement that CCP Games has bought Darkpaw games.

We will have EQ3:
Norrathians will blast off from Luclin in Gnomish built ships to do battle with the Norrathian Gods of space!!
Each expansion will expand on the space plane.
The factions of each organization of the cities have splintered from the cities and you must join a faction for a great Faction based PVP!
Mining Asteroids and joining other members of your faction for resource raids on other factions.
Don't forget to customize your ships with giant bunny ears.
Raid the planet based strongholds with your characters on foot to acquire further loot and territory for your faction.

The "Pearl Abyss is buying Daybreak" theory is already making the rounds. (Pearl Abyss, which distributes Black Desert Online, bought CCP last year.) It would be an odd synergy, but I can see it happening. Not like this tale can't get twistier, eh?
