    Some analysis - All numbers are apprentice spell based.

    27 new abilities, 25 buffs to current abilities

    Six classes require AA to use their spells;

    Coercer - Charged Warding
    Defiler - Progenitor Spirit
    Fury - Vortex of Nature
    Illusionist - Chronal Mastery
    Paladin - Pass Judgment
    Warden - Nature's Grace (technically, this only requires AA IF you actually want any combat arts to work with it).

    One class gets a spell that roots and dazes them (keeps them from moving and auto-attacking for the duration, can be toggled off);

    Troubador - Maelstrom of Sound

    The following abilities use percentages (at least they do on the tool tips for the u.eq2wire.com site) for their calculations, meaning they may be useful past the next stat inflation round;

    Bruiser - Brutal Stand
    Channeler - Emergency Power
    Coercer - Mastermind
    Defiler - Progenitor Spirit
    Defiler - Retribution of the Fallen
    Dirge - Anthem of War
    Monk - Master's Interpose
    Monk - Perfect Form
    Mystic - Wendigo
    Swashbuckler - Ruthless Finesse

    Temporary pets were added to the following classes;

    Assassin - Shadow Agent
    Beastlord - Savage Allies
    Paladin - Divine Will

    Long term pets were added to the following classes;

    Conjuror - Planeswalker
    Necromancer - Reaper
    Ranger - Heartseeker
    Shadowknight - Death's Devotion
    Warden - Tunare's Chosen

    Without a doubt, Fervor was the most added stat to the spell packages, with most classes getting self buffs/procs for it. Fervor adds are so common that it is easier to call out the classes that DON'T get a fervor buff

    Beastlord
    Defiler
    Dirge
    Guardian
    Inquisitor
    Shadowknight
    Warden

    Damage reduction buffs;

    Bruiser - Brutal Stand 31.5% temporary
    Defiler - Progenitor Spirit 36% perm (it's for the pet however)
    Monk - Master's Interpose 10% for caster perm, 10% for target temporary

    Overcap abilities were added as well

    Bruiser - Brutal Stand - fervor overcap 20.3 self
    Dirge - Anthem of War - crit bonus overcap 45.0 group wide
    Monk - Perfect Form - fervor overcap 31.5 self
    Paladin - Pass Judgment - fervor overcap 4.5 self
    Ranger - Unfetter - fervor overcap 2.2 self
    Troubador - Maelstrom of Sound - crit bonus overcap 90 raid wide
    Wizard - Fury of the Magelords - fervor overcap 11.3 self

    Some abilities remove unfun requirements/effects for skills

    Assassin - Shadow Trickery - removes positional requirements
    Channeler - Combat Awareness - no interruption on movement, no minimum weapon range on ranged attacks
    Ranger - Unfetter - removes positional and stealth requirements from bow abilities.
    Shadowknight - Gravebond - removes defense decrease and death prevent blocks from DPS stance

    One ability adds uncontested parry

    Dirge - Anthem of Battle grants group members 3.6 uncontested parry

    Reset runes/the hammer were a major point of contention this last expansion, and there are a few nods towards that in the Epic 2.0 spell list with two classes getting new abilities to reset reuse

    Illusionist - Timelord - Targeted reset of reuse. can't be used on the same target for 30 minutes, but the recast time is 10 minutes. The new JCap.
    Swashbuckler - Privateer's Flourish - group based ability reset, outside of standard ability reset timer.

    So with today's patch, to get the 36 seconds of Combat Mastery, the target of a Guardian's "Guardian" ability has to proc the death save. Swell.

    • Corrected an issue that prevented summoner epic 2.0 pets from casting their epic attacks.
    • Glacial Freeze will no longer have its duration reduced by harmonization.

    Summoner
    • Planeswalker and Reaper may now be Flash Cast.
    • Planeswalker and Reaper pets will now benefit from all pet enhancement AA's except where the enhancement is for hate gain.
    • Energy Clash will now be able to be cast with Reaper or Planeswalker pets.

    Monk
    • Reduced the amount of damage that gets reflected with Master's Interpose.

    Guardian
    • Guardian will now cast the triggered effect. Moved the maximum melee damage effects to the triggered effect.

    Templar
    • Impart Faith will now cause Shield of Faith to cast a second effect which carriers the noxious, elemental and physical wards to correct an overwrite issue.

    Illusionist
    • Timelord will now use the correct tier based cooldown.

    Mystic
    • Smoothed out the duration increase granted by Strength of the Ancestors so that the larger portion of the increase comes from higher tiers of the spell.

    Edit: removed notes that don't have to do with epic 2.0 abilities.

    ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
    General

    Corrected a bug that allowed pets and swarm pets to not be affected by stat caps.

    Bruiser

    Removed the proc description from the Void Strike buff as it was causing too much confusion. You will now have to scribe and cast Void Strike, then examine Lightning Fists to view the increase in damage.

    Warlock

    Increased Draw from the Void damage.
    Dark Aggravation may now spell or ability doublecast.

    Ranger

    Increased the base damage of the Heartseeker Hawk's abilities.

    Beastlord

    Prospective Fix for several Beastlord abilities healing enemy encounters.

    May I suggest a fix in the description for the monk ability Master's Interpose: It's a permanent self-buff that gives permanent 10% DR to the monk, and changes intercept/intervene into a DR & reflect for the target instead of a 1 trigger intercepted hit.
