EQ2 Forum Chaos Descending Resolve Values

Chaos Descending heroic and raid boss encounter resolve should match the following pattern, with basepop encounters having 10 less resolve then the bosses. Resolve values are based on you having a percentage of the previous tiers loot to be able to meet this check. For example, heroic 1 encounters require you to have a minimum of 50% solo dungeon gear (11 pieces), and 50% (10) pieces of overland boss/quest gear.
