Census API not updating infos with some players

I noticed that a long time ago and now I am noticing another case,

BUT I know for SURE they are still playing right now

Their Stats / Equipment / Dates / BR / etc, are not updating and we would like to understand why, or if it is a bug from the API.

I asked bestan to reset loadout names
and it is working again... good luck with this bug

Players that have non-ASCII characters in their custom loadout names are causing issues when importing into the database. See if you can get those players to confirm their loadout names.
