EQ2 Forum Attention Raiders!

We understand it can be frustrating and we have only allowed it to go as long as we have because it wasn't getting exploited nearly as often, so it was possible to just address it with those caught doing it. It has since become used a lot more so we need to address it on a global scale. Regardless your view on the matter, it is 100% without a doubt an exploit and those doing it will be getting punished for it. We are trying to find ways of closing this exploit in a better way, but its a very complex portion of the game that touches pretty much the entire game, making it very risky without having a good way to test it with lots of players. We are trying to have a permanent fix for it with this next expansion so we will see how it goes. Keep in mind this change only applies to the two Vaedenmoor zones right now. The other zones have not changed. That does not mean you can exploit them... We will still be going after raid forces that attempt to skirt progression.
