Is the Heritage quest "Eyes on the Combine" in game?

    I was trying to figure out which Heritage quests I was still missing and found "Eyes on the Combine" in the EQ2U list

    ZAM said it was added in Beta but removed again ??? Looking at a few other person's list I see they also haven't done it.

    I also found My Dear, Deloris... in the list and see that it is in game (first time I've heard of it) so I know what I'll be doing this evening once I get home from work.

    I turned this page into a spreadsheet (big surprise) for easy checking off...other than the recent Goblin Skull Earring quest, are there others that are missing from it?

    I went to the waypoint ZAM had listed and the quest giver isn't there so its a wash.

    This quest is now blocked from EQ2U.
