Among player predictions of chaos, confusion, and troublemakers, the EQ2 developers intend to stage dev chats in-game in the Public chat channel (rather than a dedicated channel) on each EQ2 server over the next three days. Here’s the schedule from the EQ2 Forums:

If you missed last week’s letter from the team, we’ll be hosting Developer chats on all servers and answering your questions! Below is a schedule for each server:

    • April 26th – Thurgadin – 10:30AM–11:30AM PDT (17:30 UTC – 18:30 UTC)
    • April 26th – Antonia Bayle – 3:30PM–4:30PM PDT (22:30 UTC – 23:30 UTC)
    • April 26th – Halls of Fate – 4:30PM–5:30PM PDT (23:30 UTC – 00:30 UTC)
    • April 27th – Isle of Refuge – 3:30PM–4:30PM PDT (22:30 UTC – 23:30 UTC)
    • April 27th – Maj’Dul – 4:30PM–5:30PM PDT (23:30 UTC – 00:30 UTC)
    • April 28th – Skyfire – 3:30PM–4:30PM PDT (22:30 UTC – 23:30 UTC)
    • April 28th – Stormhold – 4:30PM–5:30PM PDT (23:30 UTC – 00:30 UTC)

"We will answer anything" would be a better deal than "Ask Me Anything", there is no promise of any answers. So they will pick the fluff and ignore anything relevant.

Yeah, I'm guessing it will be similar to the webcasts from the past, where they'll answer the questions they can / want to / have answers to. But I'm glad they are reaching out to the playerbase...hopefully this is a sign of better communication and transparency going forward <crossing my ogre fingers>.
