    Oh, I completely agree - pretty sure it's sunset incoming....but just got all fingers, toes, eyes and everything else physically possible crossed that she's not going to any of the games I am currently playing, to wreak havoc in any of them.

    Jenn is awesome, though I'm only familiar with her in a technical capacity since she was the lead programmer on EQ2 (and EQ1) before the layoffs hit. Will be interesting to see what she does in the Holly role -- I suspect the boat will not be rocked too much since they have a formula they're going to keep taking advantage of for as long as they can.

    I don't see her leaving having a major negative effect on EQ2. Holly didn't seem to be a gatekeeper against bad ideas like Akil was. BUT her departure may indicate bigger changes within the company.

    It'll have about as a negative effect on EQ2 as the troll moving to another bridge would have on the original bridge.

    But what if the troll moved to another bridge because it knew the bridge it was under was about to collapse and it didn't want to be there when it happened?

    Executive trolls tend to know the status of their bridge better than most.

    I do wonder about the timing, they change to Dark Paw Games.Then boom the lead producer runs out of the office.

    We also heard from Kandor that they lost a few key coders last year (that seemed to hurt their dev time).
    One can only hope that when Jenny Chan gets into the management position that things may get better.
